WRISTBAND RULES

• Wristbands will be placed on the wrist of the named ticket holder only.

• Wristbands for those who are not present will not be given out.

• Wristbands must be worn for event entry.

• Lost/broken wristbands will not be replaced.

• Wristbands will not be given to anyone under the age of 18.


If you have any issues with your wristbands throughout the weekend - please speak to a member of staff who will be present at each event.


If you miss the first night, you can collect your wristband on the Saturday on arrival at the event.

You will find a dedicated Guest Services / Box Office area at our main events.

This hub is available for all attendees, where our team will be on hand to assist with:

  • Event schedules & set times
  • Maps & directions
  • Lost property (kept at the Guest Services Hub)
  • Basic first aid supplies
  • General questions & support throughout the event

IMPORTANT: Customers who leave El Molí venue will have to purchase a new ticket to re-enter.

No lockers at the venue.

THERE IS NO PARKING AT THE EVENT. 

Please note that there are no parking facilities available on site, and parking in the surrounding residential areas is strictly prohibited. Local authorities will be actively monitoring the area, and vehicles without a valid resident permit or parking pass may be subject to fines.

To avoid any issues on arrival, we strongly recommend planning your journey in advance and using public transport or local taxi services where possible.


ENTRY CONDITIONS

  • Your e-ticket and a physical valid government issued ID such as a driving licence or ID card is required on entry to all events.

  • Photos and photocopies are not accepted.

You will be searched at the entrance to all events (prohibited items listed on the next page)

Please allow plenty of time to get into the event, for event entry procedures, wristband / ticket checks, and searches.

You may be asked to show your ID at any time within the events. You must be 18 or over and will be denied entry or ejected from the festival if not. In this instance, no refund is owed.


LAST ENTRY

Last entry time varies per venue, please see the itinerary details above. You will be denied entry after these times, in these instances no refund is owed.

The following page details the prohibited items at all events. If found with these items you may be denied entry and have your wristband removed. Where the item is illegal, you may be handed to authorities.

Please note the Drumcode Mallorca security team reserves the right to remove persons from any event.

To make getting to and from the event as easy as possible, we’re running a scheduled shuttle service across the weekend (Saturday + Sunday at El Moli)

Afterparties: From El Moli to Amok

There is a limited shuttle service operating between El Moli and Amok on Saturday and Sunday for customers holding an Amok afterparty ticket.

Please note: Shuttle capacity is strictly limited and operates on a first come, first served basis. Access to the shuttle is not guaranteed, and we strongly recommend allowing sufficient time to arrange alternative transport if required.

Shuttles will run continuously between the two venues from 23:00 - 01:00.

Please note: return transport is not provided. This is a one way trip from El Moli to Amok.

  • Limited Capacity: Each shuttle has limited seating, and spaces cannot be reserved in advance.

  • Wait Times: While we aim to maintain smooth and timely operations, short wait times may occur during busy periods.

  • High-Demand Periods: If a particular time slot or route experiences high demand, we will deploy additional shuttles where possible. However, a short wait may still be required.

  • Operational Delays: Factors such as traffic, weather, or operational constraints may cause delays. We appreciate your patience in such instances.

  • No Guaranteed Journey Times: Departure and arrival times are approximate and not guaranteed.

  • Service Adjustments: We reserve the right to amend or adjust shuttle schedules or routes at any time to ensure the safe and efficient transport of passengers.

  • Liability: While every effort is made to provide reliable service, we cannot accept responsibility for missed connections, personal inconvenience, or additional costs incurred as a result of shuttle delays or cancellations.

Airport

The main entry point for the event is Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI).

Flights and airport transfers are not included in your package, but Mallorca is well connected and easy to navigate.

PMI is served by all major UK airports, with frequent daily flights from cities including Newcastle, Manchester and Liverpool. There are also regular domestic flights from other Balearic Islands, as well as ferry connections to Ibiza, Menorca and mainland Spain.


Taxis

Taxis and ride-sharing services are available on the island. For your safety and security, we strongly advise using only licensed taxis and reputable ride-sharing apps like Uber and Bolt, which are commonly used in Mallorca.

We will have designated Taxi pick up and drop off points at each venue. Please do not ask the drivers to pull up on the roads leading into the venue or in local residential areas.

  • Licence Plate: Look for a visible licence plate on the rear of the taxi, containing taxi licence number.
  • Distinctive Signage: Check for signs or stickers indicating it's a licensed taxi.
  • Meter: Ensure there's a functioning meter inside the vehicle.
  • Driver's ID: Look for the driver's prominently displayed identification.
  • Company Info: Check for the taxi company's name and contact details.


Planning Ahead

It is your responsibility to ensure you meet all entry, passport, visa, health and immigration requirements for your trip.

We recommend reviewing the UK Government’s Travel Aware guidance and completing a travel checklist before departure.



Documentation & Visas

Please ensure your passport:

  • Was issued within the last 10 years

  • Has at least 6 months validity from your arrival date

If your passport is lost or stolen, you will need to apply for an Emergency Travel Document to return to the UK or Ireland.

Visa requirements vary depending on your country of residence. Most EU travellers do not require a visa for short stays.



Travel Insurance

You should have comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Trip cancellations

  • Medical emergencies

  • Lost or stolen belongings

Local Information

  • Currency: Euro (EUR). Cards are widely accepted and are the only payment method at event sites, but it’s useful to carry some cash for small purchases.

  • Language: Spanish and Catalan are official languages. English is widely spoken in tourist areas.

  • Weather: Expect hot, sunny days with a high UV index. Bring sun protection and light layers for cooler evenings.

  • Time Zone: Central European Time (CET) - 1 hour ahead of the UK & Ireland

  • Emergency Number: Dial 112 for ambulance, police or fire services

Hotel information was emailed on the 24th March 2026.

If you missed it, lead bookers can check their allocated hotel by logging into their account.


HOTEL CHECK-IN DETAILS

Make sure you check-in or bag drop at the hotel before arriving at any events, suitcases are prohibited. Please note, as per terms and conditions some hotels may require a deposit upon check-in. The deposit amount may vary between room type and hotel. Deposits are payable by debit or credit card.

WHAT TO BRING

• Personal Identification: your passport.

• Your Booking Information: Lead Booker's Name - this person should be the person to check-in, booking reference, booking confirmation (either printed or on your phone).

• Credit / Debit card: For securing any additional charges during your stay.


Multiple Rooms: If you've booked more than one room, the lead booker's name may be allocated to all the rooms on the booking. When you check-in at the hotel, you will be able to assign the rooms to your group members.


Check-in issues: If you are having any trouble checking into your hotel and the hotel staff are unable to assist please call our customer service team on +44 330 818 9578.


HOTEL CHECK-OUT

Check-out time: 11AM.


Please double-check this with your hotel upon arrival. When you leave, be sure to head back to the hotel's front desk and complete your check-out process.

If you encounter any difficulties or have concerns during your stay at the hotel, please follow the below steps:

In the case of difficulties or dissatisfaction with the hotel, you must first contact the hotel front desk.

In the rare event that your concern isn't resolved to your satisfaction by the hotel, we encourage you to get in touch with us. We are committed to resolving any issues swiftly and effectively while you're still there.

URGENT SITUATION

ESCALATION AND FORMAL COMPLAINTS

If the problem cannot be resolved and you wish to complain, you must email your complaint to hello@drumcodemallorca.com within 28 days of the end of your stay. Please make sure to provide your booking reference and all other relevant information.



DRUGS WARNING

The possession of drugs is illegal in Tenerife and strictly prohibited at Drumcode Mallorca.


There is no safe way to take drugs and we operate a 'Prevent, Pursue, Protect' policy - that means we work to Prevent drugs getting into our venues; Pursue anyone suspected of supply; Protect our event attendees.


Prevent: We have robust measures in place to stop illegal substances getting into our venues, including thorough searches on entry, security patrolling the venue, and CCTV in operation. Anyone found in possession at the gate or inside will be ejected and have their festival wristband removed.


Pursue: We are vigilant and proactive in removing anyone suspected of attempting to supply drugs at the event. If you see anything suspicious, please tell a member of staff right away.


Protect: Medical and welfare teams are available at our venues and anyone who feels unwell should contact a member of staff immediately. The safety of everyone at the event is our number one priority and anyone needing their help will not get into trouble.


HARM REDUCTION

The organisation, The Loop, publishes alerts about substances they have found in circulation and regularly find that the contents, strength or effects may be substantially different to what was expected. The way it looks is no indication of what it contains. Their advice to those who, despite the measures we take, still choose to take drugs includes “Start Slow Stay Low…reducing dose reduces risk.” Amnesty bins are available before entry to securely dispose of any prohibited items and avoid the risks entirely.


RESPECT & CONSENT

Please remember to treat each other with nothing but love and respect. We have a zero tolerance policy to transphobia, racism, misogyny and ableism. Verbal or physical. Anyone who does not comply will be asked to leave, and may be handed to the authorities.


Don’t be a bystander in these situations and please speak to a welfare or security staff member if you see anything that concerns you.


CARE FOR YOUR ENVIRONMENT

Please respect the local community and environment, put your litter in the bin, try to recycle where possible and keep noise off-site to a minimum.

Mallorca is a safe and friendly place, but please take care of yourself & your friends as you would back home. Be travel aware and stick with your mates!


WHILE YOU ARE AT THE EVENTS

Always keep your valuables in a safe place, if you have to carry your passport or other valuables with you, keep them in a safe place (for example, in a zipped inside pocket).

Keep some spare cash separate from the rest of your money and credit cards.

Stay with your friends, look out for each other and avoid walking back to your accommodation on your own.

Stay hydrated and wear suncream, seeking shade at regular intervals during the day.

After sunset, if the air feels cool, keep warm using layers.


IN AN EMERGENCY

Alert any member of staff if you or a friend are feeling unwell. There will be medically trained staff, and welfare located at the venues.

If a serious or life-threatening crime is being committed, please contact a member of staff or police officer immediately.

If, in the unlikely event you cannot find someone, please call 112 (the local Emergency Number).

STAY WITH YOUR FRIENDS, LOOK AFTER EACH OTHER.

Keep an Eye on Your Drink: Never leave your drink unattended, even for a moment. If you need to step away, ask a friend to watch it for you.

Stick Together: Enjoy the festival with friends and look out for each other. If someone seems overly intoxicated or unwell, help them to a safe place and seek assistance from festival staff.

Trust Your Instincts: If something doesn't seem right with your drink or if you start feeling strange after consuming it, don't hesitate to seek help immediately.

Report Any Concerns: If you suspect drink spiking or witness suspicious behaviour, don't hesitate to report it to festival staff or security.

We recommend you don’t bring anything too valuable with you, and keep personal belongings locked away at all times just to be safe. CONSENT TO BE FILMED

By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.

PRESCRIPTION DRUG POLICY

We are aware that some attendees have a requirement to bring prescribed medicines onto site. To ensure that illicit or potentially dangerous substances are not brought onto site concealed as prescription medication, the following measures must be adhered to.

Ensure the medicine is in its original packaging, with the dispensary sticker and issued in your name (don’t remove the label or carry someone else's medicine).

Bring the official prescription letter, or a letter of explanation from a registered medical practitioner.

Ensure the quantity of medicine you bring is the minimum required for duration on site.

Do NOT bring non-essential medicine.

Be prepared to be challenged at the gate but do not seek to hide the medication.

Contact us via hello@drumcodemallorca.com in advance if the medication is vital to health and wellbeing or if you have any medicine storage requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse access to anyone carrying substances which cannot be confirmed as being prescribed medication. In such instances, door staff may require that medicines be surrendered at the door or returned to your accommodation. We will not store such medicines for you to collect later.

This means addressing any issues immediately and carefully so they do not affect the rest of your trip.

If you do have a problem during your experience, please immediately inform the hotel front desk or event staff (depending on location) who will endeavour to put things right. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please contact us using the emergency contact numbers provided within your travel documents, so that the problem can be resolved quickly. If the problem cannot be resolved and you wish to complain further, you must email your complaint to us at hello@drumcodemallorca.com within 28 days of the end of your stay.
